Traditional Valencian pastries has a significant Muslim influence so that the use of almonds and honey is very abundant. Among the most popular sweets we can highlight the rosettes, the arrop i tallaetes or arnadí (sweet pumpkin, sweet potato and almonds). And of course, donuts, very consumed during the fallas.
